Outer Limits Tattoo and Museum

22 Chestnut Place

Long Beach, CA. 90802

On Friday, August 23, 2024 Outer Limits Tattoo and Museum will host an open house, inviting the community to learn more about Long Beach’s tattoo history and the importance of having a tattoo art museum, located in Long Beach, CA.

Outer Limits shop owner Kari Barba is a founding board member of the Tattoo Heritage Project, a 501(c)(3)  nonprofit raising funds and awareness to create the first national tattoo art museum, Tattoo Heritage Museum.

Most Long Beach natives know the tales of The Pike, a popular amusement park established in 1902. Some know the Pike at one time had the highest concentration of tattoo artists of any port city in the United States. Few understand the significance of what this means in terms of the influence of the American style of tattooing, and how Long Beach has helped the style travel around the world.

Tattoo Heritage Project was formed by tattoo legend, Good Time Charlie, who worked at The Pike in the early 70’s, and spent much time in the tattoo scene there from the late 1950s to 1975. In 2020, he was approached by three staff members from the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles to lead the charge in establishing a museum dedicated to the art of tattooing.

Kari and Charlie, along with co-founding board members Jack Rudy, Chuey Quintanar, Corey Miller and JD Crowe, are championing the idea of establishing this museum throughout the tattoo community. They are also working towards that goal by engaging the city of Long Beach and other Long Beach based partnerships in conversation as to how to achieve this goal.

Recently joining THP, new board members include JC Chelser, Juan Puente, Antonio Mejia, Sam Belkin, Carlos Torres, Hanky Panky, and Kevin Johnson

Many tattooers have responded and shown support by throwing fundraisers, most recently Happy Sundays and Fear City Tattoo in Long Beach, CA., on August 24 and 25, 2024. Fear City Tattoo will be hosting a two day tattoo walk in event. Various artists gather together for two days of tattooing for the cause. 50% of all income from tattooing will be donated to the Tattoo Heritage Project.

Join us on this special evening. Docents will be on hand to share Long Beach tattoo history, and a community’s effort to build the city’s tattoo art museum.

  • It feels good when you know you have a great credit profile. I was dying slowly inside until I opened up my situation to a colleague  who then recommended Jerry Link Credit Group, and narrated how they increased his score. I immediately contacted via: jerrylinkgroup@gmail.com, I made some financial commitment upfront. Days after, all the negative on report cleared, bankruptcy was removed completely, including foreclosure, and my score was raised to 789. I promised to let others know about their services. Do reach out to them via email. Thanks

  • I never thought I’d need to recover lost Bitcoin. I was always cautious, double-checking addresses and securing my accounts. But one phishing link changed everything. It looked identical to a crypto platform I trusted. Moments after entering my login details, my Bitcoin was gone, sent to an unknown wallet.
The financial loss was painful, but the helplessness was worse. I knew that blockchain transactions are irreversible, and most forums confirmed my fear: “Once it’s gone, it’s gone.”
Then I found Morphohack Cyber Service, a recovery team that tracks stolen cryptocurrency, I reached out to them via E-mail (Morphohack@cyberservices . com).
I was skeptical, but with nothing left to lose, I reached out. From the start, they were clear and professional. They explained their method, tracing the stolen funds across the blockchain to find where they ended up.
In my case, the Bitcoin had passed through several wallets before arriving at a centralized exchange. Morphohack acted fast, working with the exchange to freeze the assets using blockchain evidence.
Weeks later, I got the email I didn’t think would come, my Bitcoin had been recovered.

If you ever face a similar loss, act quickly and contact experts like Morphohack Cyber Services. Their help made the difference between a permanent loss and a second chance.

  • Most customers are unaware that they can get back the money they lost to scam brokers since they were either misled by recovery experts or were not told about it. I was fortunate enough to meet one of the few individuals that can actually pull this off. If you require assistance with this, I recommend contacting wizardjamesrecovery@usa.com via email. Since I visited their office, they are completely legitimate.

  • Thanks to Rewallet Shield Coin Recovery. As an entrepreneur, I’m always seeking new opportunities. Years ago, Bitcoin caught my attention, so I invested in mining equipment and accumulated Bitcoin, securely storing it with a decryption key. As my business grew, I moved on to other ventures and forgot about my Bitcoin. Recently, I checked its value and was shocked to find it worth $473,000! Excited, I tried accessing my wallet but couldn’t find the decryption key. After changing computers multiple times, it was lost. Desperate, I searched online and found Rewallet Shield Recovery, a tool designed to recover lost keys. Following its simple instructions, I let it scan my computer and external drives. After hours of processing, it provided a list of possible keys. I tested them one by one until success! I regained access to my wallet and recovered my $473,000.This experience taught me the importance of safeguarding critical information. Thanks to Rewallet Shield Recovery, I’ve recovered my assets and can reinvest in my business with confidence. Contact Email rewalletshieldcoinrecovery@aol.com WhatsApp +17573321885

  • My Bitcoin Recovery Experience with Cloudstrike Cybersecurity

A few weeks ago, I made what I thought was an irreversible mistake — I accidentally sent about $117,000 worth of Bitcoin to the wrong wallet address. It was supposed to be used for a major purchase, but one typo changed everything. The moment I hit “send” and realized what had happened, my heart sank. I honestly felt like my world was falling apart. That money was everything I had.

Like many people, I’d always heard that crypto transactions are final and basically impossible to recover. I started reading forums, asking around, and all I saw were messages telling me there was nothing I could do. It felt hopeless.

Then I came across a company called Cloudstrike Cybersecurity . I’ll admit — I was skeptical at first. It just sounded too good to be true, but I figured I had nothing to lose. I contacted them through their email[Cloudstrikecyber@gmail.com]

To my surprise, they responded quickly and professionally. They asked for all the relevant transaction details — the wallet address I sent the Bitcoin from, the one I sent it to, the transaction ID, and a few other things. I sent it all over, still unsure if anything would come of it.

But within 48 hours, they got back to me with incredible news: they had tracked down the transaction and recovered my funds. I couldn’t believe it. I actually had to reread the email a few times to let it sink in. They guided me step by step and transferred the recovered Bitcoin back to my wallet. I was in shock — and honestly, beyond grateful.

I never thought recovery like this was even possible, but Cloudstrike Cybersecurity proved me wrong. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, I highly recommend reaching out to them. They truly saved me.
